Thom is the best to work with. His honesty was almost shocking. Like we have never had a salesman who made us feel like VIP. We ended up driving a truck that my husband fell in love with. When we got to the payment part of the deal, the payments were way more than we were expecting. My husband stated we needed to talk about this and will come back tomorrow. Thom asked what he can do to get us to take the truck home that day. My husband said we needed to go for some drinks and talk about it and come back tomorrow. Thom asked what my husband drank. Come to find out they like the same thing. Thom ends up talking us into buying this truck. We go thru finance and when we get out Thom put the paper plate on and we left. 15 minutes goes by and Thom calls my husband. He told my husband thank you for earning his business. Thom had apologized to my husband because he didn’t get to have some shots and think about this big purchase. But he told my husband to open the glove box. We do and there was a bottle of my husbands favorite whisky on there. Thom said instead of thinking about it, now we can celebrate. It brought tears to my eyes because he didn’t have to do that. Thom not only got us a great deal but he went above and beyond. It was like his way of saying thank you for trusting me in this $80,000 purchase. I have shared this story on Facebook and all social medias because this was an experience we will remember forever. We also reached out to Stellantis and let them know what a wonderful experience we had. People like Thom need to be recognized. More

Excellent. Simple as that. Thom loves his job and it shows. I came in there because my lease was up. I had sat with Thom and we talked about our families. Simple as that. I told him my daughter was getting married next month and I was so excited. A week after leaving the dealership with my new jeep I go to the mailbox and see an envelope addressed to my daughter from Thom. I call her and tell her, who lives in Indy. She had no idea what it was about and she asked me to open it. Thom had sent a wedding card to her with $100. It’s the little things like this that will always make Michiana CDJR my dealership. This was the most thoughtful thing and for him to remember that in just general talking meant a lot to me. Work with Thom. You won’t feel like just a sale to him but part family. Victor in the finance department was amazing as well. I expressed I was in a hurry and he had me in and out in record time. Thom, Victor, you two are the molds of what car buying. Experiences should be like. Now if we can just do something about that terrible service department!! By the way I love my new jeep!!! More
