I special ordered a 2024 f350 with Thomas Siraco he provided me with all the answers to my questions and updates during the long build process. When the truck was delivered Tom gave me an appointment t provided me with all the answers to my questions and updates during the long build process. When the truck was delivered Tom gave me an appointment the next day. My appointment was midweek and surprisingly the dealership was busy, which I learned later is a direct result of their superior service. The sales manager, Matthew Stickney noticed Tom was busy during my appointment time, introduced himself advised me that he didn't want me waiting and started evaluating my trade, offered me an agreeably evaluation and matched my pre-approval credit union loan rate. Matt not only handled all the paperwork he took the initiative to call for my current loan payoff to expedite the entire process. I have purchased many vehicles from different manufacturer and dealerships, I can honestly say I finally found a dealership that understands what customer service means. Matthew Stickney actually exceeded my expectations on many levels. While many sales managers sit in an office or behind a podium only to appear when summoned. Matt was in tune to the customers on the sales floor and realizing everyone's time is valuable, he immediately took it upon himself to provide what I would call unmatched service. Before I concluded the buying process I truthfully feel Matthew Stickney treated me like family, he exhibited genuine interest in me as a person. After I got home with my new truck I realized I had forgotten my keys at the dealership. I called Matt to let him know I would be back to pick them up, he told me, you don't have to, I'll drop the keys off at your house, when I said it wasn't necessary Matt insisted and he dropped them off that day. Who does that, not any salesperson yet alone a sales manager that I know, really who would go out of their way these days, to not inconvenienced someone, a good neighbor maybe, Matthew Stickney certainly. New car prices are what the are these days, to high. Shopping around from dealer to dealer results in mostly the same price, I'v been there. What you can't put a price on is how someone treats you. I can not emphasize enough that the way I was treated by Matthew Stickney it would be worth my time to travel from New Jersey. I was treated with respect, he acknowledged the value of my time and he listened to me. You don't get that commitment to customer service just anywhere . More
