The lady at the front desk Was rude . she also clarified that only one of my tires are broke and when I went to go get my alignment, you guys reset all of my tire sensor so now none of my she also clarified that only one of my tires are broke and when I went to go get my alignment, you guys reset all of my tire sensor so now none of my tire sensors work and in order for all of my tire sensors to work I have to get that one fixed by you guys of course which makes no sense because before I got my wheel alignment on my tires and it was worked except for one and yes, she clarified that for me and that one was broke and they couldn’t reset the other three that they messed up until I got that one fixed More

The poor guy at service desk was overwhelmed - it took 25 minutes for checkin even with an appt! They could learn a lot from the Toyota dealer where they have you stay with your car/truck until you’re assign minutes for checkin even with an appt!
