My first contact with D'Ambrosio Auto Group was with Tiffany Fielder via the internet/phone. I found her phone presence to be very friendly. We visited the showroom the next day and she introduced us to Larry Murner. We knew exactly the color/options of the 2013 jeep we wanted and Larry was very professional in directing us to the available models. We purchased a jeep that day. Larry had all the paperwork ready for us to sign the next day when we picked up our shiny new jeep. Our new car shopping experience could not have been any better. Thank you so much!

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

I was looking for a BMW X5 for the longest time and couldn't seem to find what I liked, within my budget. It just so happened that I received a solicitation in the mail and decided to give it one last try. I called to inquire on the X5 they just took delivery on, figuring that this one just like all of the others, would leave me disappointed and frustrated once again. Surprisingly, the internet managers Mike and Tiffany were so polite and helpful that I had forgotten about past experiences. They took video of the vehicle and even emphasized all of the things that were important to me.
The amount of time and dedication these employees devote is second to none. My best experience came when I met Jack and Jim in person, and I decided to drive over an hour just to look at this x5. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny. I decided to move forward and the deal was done in no time at all. This group of individuals deserve every bit of a recommendation anyone could ever give. I encourage you to try your luck with one of these guys (or gals), I believe the only way they know how to satisfy your desire is by giving 150% all the time. Great work guys, I will most defiantly be back for my next vehicle! Continue to provide stellar service and you'll be second to none.

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

I was interested in seeing what the new Dodge Dart looked like, so I visited your web site. After viewing the car and reading the features--and finding that it came in a turbo-manual trans configuration--I indicated my interest via the site. Two minutes later Tiffany called my house (I had taken off from work for my birthday and was home.) If she had waited an hour or so to call, I probably would not have followed up, but I accepted Tiffany's invite to come down and test drive the car. Tiffany introduced me to Nick, who quickly set me up for a test drive with the particular car I saw in your inventory. To my surprise, Nick said, "Okay, come see me when you get back and let me know what you think." I never test drove a car alone without a salesman unnerving me in the passenger seat.
Well, I fell in love with the Dart's roomy & comfy interior (I'm 6-4, 220), quiet ride, peppy 1.4L turbo, and a trans that shifts like butter. Plus it looks sophisticatedly bad-xxx.
Back at your dealership Nick & I chatted. He is a friendly guy with whom I immediately felt comfortable. I thought that the sticker price--without the dealer add ons--was fair. The we haggled over my trade in. Instead of jerking me off by "going to see the manager" 6 times, I was surprised when Paul came over and sat down with us. Within 2 minutes I had a trade-in value that I also thought was fair. These were also firsts: working directly with the manager, and Paul asking me if I was happy with the deal, because he did not want me walking out unless I truly believed I got what I wanted. I assured him that I was very satisfied.
Great Team you guys have. And Dodge hit it out of the park with the Dart. I have taken it on a couple of medium range highway trips and the mileage is fantastic! I have not been to Service yet, but I anticipate another very satisfactory experience.

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

Our first impression, when we walked into the dealership, was that it was going to be a high-pressure sales organization because it was so much larger than the dealerships we usually visit. However, much to our surprise, everyone was very friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. We had originally talked to Tiffany and asked for her. At least five people came by to ask if we had been helped and later informed us that Tiffany would be in soon. Tiffany introduced us to Tony, who then answered our questions and showed us a vehicle which he thought we would like. It did not have the options we wanted, so Tiffany put a search through the computer and found four cars with the features we liked. The vehicle we chose was in CT, and the dealership sent a driver up the next day to pick it up. The following day, after a thorough explanation and demonstration of the various features by Bruce (Tony was finishing up with another customer), we took possession of our new SUV. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and we were never left sitting for more than a few minutes while the paperwork was being prepared.

We couldn't have asked for a better dealership from which to purchase our new vehicle. We were very pleased with the entire car-buying experience.

Tony, Tiffany, and Bruce were very personable, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group to others seeking a good car-buying experience.

The initial communication with the dealership was very acceptable, Tiffany was the first person I spoke to on the subject of buying a new car and negotiations over the phone were poilite and informative. My son & I were referred to this dealership from a freind and even though they were an hour away, after I called and spoke to Tiffany Fiedler, The Internet Manager, I knew We wanted to make the trip and try to buy a car from them. Tiffany was warm, Freindly, honest and sincere in her discussions about buying a new Jeep Patriot and said they would give us the best deal that they could. When we got to the dealership, Tiffany introduced us to Tony Gabel and he was just as freindly and sincere. We never felt we were under any pressure to make a decision and he was able to answer any and all questions we had. He found the exact car we were looking for at another dealership and was able to get it for us. Price was great and they were able to offer a very fair trade in value for our Dodge Dakota. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend highly to any of our freinds to go there when they need a new car. I only wish we lived closer so we could take advantage of the mechanical and maintenance service they provide to their customers. Tony gave me a tour of their shop and it was very busy but unbelieveably clean and organized.

First time buyers at D'Ambrosio Auto Group. They are a very friendly and well run
group. Our experience started by getting an internet quote from Jennifer who is
very friendly and easy to work with. When we arrived at the dealership she had given
a coy of the quote to Dave Baldwin who had expedited the paperwork for the vehicle.
Mr. Baldwin did an outstanding job, getting all the paperwork completed as well as
