Good people. Fast and to the point. Tony was kind and polite. Even though we kept changing our mind, he was very patient. I can tell he was not out to make a dollar because he didn't try to force us into polite. Even though we kept changing our mind, he was very patient. Decent price, terrible experience. These guys lied to me multiple times and denied it every time. When I confronted them and walked out of the store they came running after me to offer These guys lied to me multiple times and denied it every time. When I confronted them and walked out of the store they came running after me to offer me a couple dollars to come back inside. As the car was a decent deal, I went back inside and purchased the car. When I came back the next day to trade in my car and pick up the new car, I was lied to again. Once again, I confronted them and they lied to me again. For the trade in, I was told it would take 10 days to pay off the current loan. 18 days later, I get a letter from Ford including a late fee due to North Coast not getting the payout done. Now I am stuck trying to convince Ford to reverse the late fee so my credit score isn't affected due to a mistake that was made by the dealer who purchased the truck. All in all, they had a decent deal on the car but I was more than willing to walk away due to the nonprofessional salesman and "finance professional". I would not recommend this dealer, it was the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. More
