The serviceman, Manny was not professional. I went in for an oil change and he said they take customers until 4:30-5:00 IF it isn’t busy. He said he could try to fit me in if they weren’t too b I went in for an oil change and he said they take customers until 4:30-5:00 IF it isn’t busy. He said he could try to fit me in if they weren’t too busy. I waited for him to walk away to peek at my watch. It was 4:10! I felt I was an inconvenience. He never told me he could do it but he came back to the desk and told me he’d call me. I spoke with him twice after I left my vehicle and the professionalism was the same. Also, I may be wrong but I thought the service included a top off on windshield wiper fluid and mine was not done. More
