I was across the street at another dealership trying to buy a car as they were having a "special on cars"( but failed to tell me when I called that you have to have a 850 credit score to qualify) and I jus buy a car as they were having a "special on cars"( but failed to tell me when I called that you have to have a 850 credit score to qualify) and I just felt like they didn't care at all and were just trying to put me in cars that were over priced and not worth my time just because I didnt have a high credit score and a big down payment. I was buying my first car since bankruptcy and I'm working on building my credit score but I still expect more out of a dealership since I am spending my hard earned money. I went over to David Taylor and immediately felt a difference in the atmosphere and the attitude of the people there. They got me into a car for less money and a lot less miles, the other dealership tried to put me in a car with 1009,000 miles on it for $2,000 more and a leaking sunroof that they promised to fix. David Taylor got me into a used car with a sunroof that didn't need fixing, with only 42,000 miles on it and $2,000 less. I will be buying all my vehicles here in the furniture and recommend them to everyone I know. The customer service was amazing, they were upfront about everything and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I walked out feeling like they cared about me as a person not just trying to sell a car. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could! More

This man walked into the showroom floor pointed at me and then pointed to his office. As a black man…. Please know that there is serious emphasis on the word MAN! I felt belittled and very very disrespected. I don’t care if he thought he was being cool, he was rude and blatantly disrespectful. I was told I was waiting hours for the car to be washed and detailed. When I received the car the first thing I noticed was the dust on the dashboard. I could’ve found a way to pick the truck up if it wasn’t being cleaned all that time. I would probably come back to David Taylor only because of the great experiences my coworkers have had with you guys. Sadly I have to keep in mind they are not black and probably won’t receive a finger pointing incident. More
