They offered no help. Purchased a brand new Chevy on May 12th called back on the 24th the brake master cylinder was leaking they told me it would be the 10th of June before they could look at it 10 days! BUYER BEWARE! To be complete, this is a lengthy review, but please read through. I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Chevy Equinox that I found on CarGurus from Ghent Chevrolet Nov. 2020. Even though I liv but please read through. I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Chevy Equinox that I found on CarGurus from Ghent Chevrolet Nov. 2020. Even though I live in Centennial, I ended up buying in Greeley because they had this particular vehicle. I sadly had just bought one 5 months earlier, and it was rear ended and totaled on I25. Needless to say, Greeley is not convenient. The sales experience itself was pleasant, and I was presented with a clear Autocheck. I did express a little concern when I was given the 174 point inspection certified checklist, because a lot of features my car didn't have were marked off as good. Within a week of owning, we noticed that the hood was just ever so slightly off from aligning with the other panels. I took it into my mechanic at a local Chevy dealership just to be sure there wasn't anything to be worried about. Once it was up on the lift, he noticed significant interior damage including the frame. He sent me pictures and I immediately sent them to my salesman at Ghent. I will save you the details of two weeks of avoidance and game playing by the sales manager Jaime, but they finally agreed to give me my money back. The final example of their lack of professionalism was when I drove all the way back up to Greeley to get my check and the sales manager left knowing I was on my way. There wasn't even the curtesy of a text to let me know he wouldn't be there and who I should contact instead. It felt very cowardly and just solidified my belief that this dealership has no genuine care for the customer. Additionally, the GM never followed up with me like he said he would. Thankfully, this was all finally resolved exactly 4 weeks from purchase, the week of Christmas. I originally struggled with whether this car was sold knowingly and fraudulently with the damage, or whether it slipped past a lazy inspection. I now can say that this dealership is crooked and shady. I say this after I had a friend suggest I look to see if they relisted the car. I thought he was crazy for thinking such a thing; I am obviously naive. I just went back on CarGurus and it is back on the site with a JUST ARRIVED heading and updated mileage. This dealership unfortunately proves the belief that used car sales are hustles. I am beyond grateful that we discovered this issue as soon as we did, and hope this review helps the next person not get taken by them. More

Although I knew they were very short handed because of the coronavirus, he was very polite and cordial. My car was back within 2 hours. Now I think this is real service! Thank you Scott, and thank you for always being there when I need you. By the way, I'm 80 years old and live 30 minutes from Greeley,CO. P.S. They also washed my car!!! More

Bad tires on a used truck!!! They sold my wife an unsafe vehicle while I was at work! When notified they continued to play games and accuse us of trying to RIP them off! I have photos of 3 of the 4 inside sidewall of the tires that are cracked and weather checked badly! Took some time to get back to them as my wife had to have emergency surgery! After working with Adam Burnett for weeks on the issue! They led me to talk to Tim Ervin. Both were horrible about responding on the issue. Had to reach out multiple times! Adam didnt even have the courtesy to get a hold of me, he messaged my cousin that he used to work with so he could not have to respond himself!!! I could tell you who was worse at trying to push and act like we are trying to pull something on them! I have pictures of the truck the day we bought it, which shows which tires are on it. And photos the next day that show the damage on the tires! With my wife's surgery came unexpectedly, and we couldnt deal with it right away(had to park the truck). They are acting like the tires weren't on the vehicle at the time of purchase even accusing of "swapping the tires"! Watch your selves buying from them! Their service department is not honest! They did a rotate and balance at the time of purchase and failed to tell us about the tires cracking on the inside sidewall! And even with offering to bring the wheels and tires back, they wont do anything for us! Will not recommend anyone to them, or ever purchase another vehicle there! Treated us like once they had your money, were are useless to them! My grandpa is about to buy a new vehicle, not from them after this! More

Place is a Joke Done business 25 years with these people Bought several cars . Sold me a new pickup and after was said and done got the unit with 1200 miles on it . Tried to get my son into a vehicle and sucker me in to co signing after they told him he could qualify. Will not every call back to take care of the issues just hide behind Bob Ghent while they ruin his business . This dealership was the best and now one of the worst would not recommend them to anyone. More
