I gave a rating of 5 due to the exceptional customer service I received at Southwest Kia Mesquite. The salesperson Kevin Cole gave me exactly what I wanted... a good deal. All promises he made were deli service I received at Southwest Kia Mesquite. The salesperson Kevin Cole gave me exactly what I wanted... a good deal. All promises he made were delivered. The car was detailed way beyond my expectations and was filled to the brim with gas, not half full, full full.(lol). The windows on the car were not tinted, so he made a promise to have them tinted when it was convenient for me, not for Southwest Kia. Not only did Kevin Cole keep his word and have the windows tinted, he also personally drove my car to my workplace after having the windows tinted as I had to drop the car off early that morning. There seems to be a different attitude on how to sell cars at Southwest Kia Mesquite- no high pressure selling, give the people what they want. If we plan on getting our forth kia we know where to go to and who to see- Southwest Kia Mesquite-Kevin cole. In addition, I also would like to acknowledge Tim Free in the finance department crunching out all those numbers and then going over the forms with us. Tim was very professional, patient and had a great demeanor. He was straight forward and gave informative information on his products and services. The experience was exceptional, and believe me, we have all dreaded buying a car at one time or another.. because of the.... high pressure selling. More

The experience I had at Southwest Kia was completely haggle free stress free. They were fast, i didn't have to wait long, no hours on in like the dealerships I have delt with in the past. Everyone is friendly and layed back which makes for a comfortable atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better crew of guys helping buy this car. My husband and I were replacing another vehicle that we lost on Christmas Eve. We had heard of this dealership, started looking at their vehicles on their website, found a Kia Forte that only had two pictu lost on Christmas Eve. We had heard of this dealership, started looking at their vehicles on their website, found a Kia Forte that only had two pictures of the outside, none of the inside. My husband liked it, we applied for the prequal online, had a phone call the next morning,and got the ball rolling. Reggie stayed in touch with us from the first phone call until past the end of our purchase. We hadn't set foot in their doors, until two days later,dreading the experience of all the paperwork and "sales pitching", however, with Reggie and Kelsi, we didn't have any of that. We live 2 1/2 hours away from them and they stayed open, for us. We made it in and out in our new car in 1 1/2 hours!!!! We have had the best by far service, and I am still talking to them and they remember our names!!! Thanks Reggie, Kelsi, and Tim!!!! More

I had a wonderful experience with Southwest Kia in Mesquite. I had not bought a new car in over 11 years and I am so glad that I chose this dealership. Kevin Cole was an awesome salesman. He greeted me at the door and listened to what I wanted and delivered. He informed me of all the perks of my wonderful Kia Sorento before I drove the car off the lot. He was very personable and respectful. He really seemed genuine about wanting this to be a wonderful experience for me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was just a great overall person. He was patient and made sure that I was not pressured into anything. I have no regrets about purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I liked the fact that Kevin was a hard worker, and really down to earth. Kevin wanted to make my purchase as easy as possible and this is all before the financing was even discussed. I really appreciate him for everything. Tim from the financing department was nice as well. I felt like a valued customer from the time I stepped foot in the door. Everyone that passed by made sure that they spoke even if I wasn't buying from them. I can't say enough about my car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin as a saleman. More
