Purchase of cargo cover & cargo mat Service personnel were great!! Professional and proficient. I was surprised by the quality of the cargo mat. Although they advised us to lay it flat for sometime, compared to competitor mats they are thin and fit poorly. We had cargo mats in both our cars for years that are much more robust. Check out the Hyundai mats. More

Jim & Nancy Escape Purchase We started our search to replace a 2008 Focus several month's ago by contacting Mark Ford. We originally purchased the Focus new from Mark. He was ext We started our search to replace a 2008 Focus several month's ago by contacting Mark Ford. We originally purchased the Focus new from Mark. He was extremely helpful in providing information for different models of cars and then invited us to come in and drive some of the possible choices which we did. We then considered new cars and low mileage used cars and searched the Gordie Boucher inventory with Mark's help. We finally selected the 2017 Escape Titanium which we purchased. We have been working with this dealership for our cars and for servicing of our cars for over 40 years - and with Mark probably for over 15 years. We have always received competent service at a reasonable price. We feel that they have lived up to our trust in them; and would recommend them to anyone who desires someone that they can trust to help in acquiring or servicing a car. More

By the time I made my free fresh cup of coffee and drank it my car was done. Everyone was very friendly and gave great service and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a smaller friendlier feeling dealership. I have been at larger dealerships with fancy showrooms and waiting areas but they seriously lack customer service and a concern for the customer. Will definitely be back. More
