awsome experience We have been looking for a car for a while , after a hardship time, we are back on track but is hard to find the right place and right people to buy We have been looking for a car for a while , after a hardship time, we are back on track but is hard to find the right place and right people to buy a car from, after look other dealers the atmosphere was not good, then we came to Bill Bryan and our time was worthy, we had excellent help and guidance from a gentleman called Tim Lile, he has this sense of customer service and was very kind and helpfull wit h the process of buying a car. we went to other places and people in there were not even close to the service we received from mr Tim, he won my friendship and my full recommendation to my friends and family. The person who handled my first lease is now at another dealership and I had the pleasure of being introduced this time to Tim Lile. It was immediately apparent that Tim was going to make sure I left the dealership a happy camper that day, and indeed he did. He has a "Whatever It Takes" attitude, and his ability to please is clearly reflected in the many plaques that are displayed in his office congratulating him on his achievements. Over the last 18 months since my first visit to this dealership, I have developed a great fondness for the entire Bill Bryan Kia staff in Leesburg - they always recognize me when I am there and treat like family. Tim Lile Rocks! I have leased cars for more than 25 years and my experience with Tim Lile and his management team was the best I've ever had. They are friendly, thor I have leased cars for more than 25 years and my experience with Tim Lile and his management team was the best I've ever had. They are friendly, thorough, competent and helpful every step of the way. We decided on a car we wanted and said we would lease it. Tim said it did not have memory seats, which were a requirement for us. It told him that was a deal breaker and he graciously said not to worry and he would find us a car that met our expectations - and he did! He is top notch and everyone buying or leasing a car from Tim will be beyond pleased every step through the process. Even though I'm sure the dealership took a loss on our sale, they honored every commitment they made us and then some. We could not be more pleased with our car and the whole experience. You can be sure we will be loyal customers going forward, especially if Gayle Hebb does out financial checkout. She is fabulous! More

My 2014 Kia Sorento I had decided I wanted to buy an SUV and had heard nothing but great things about the Kia Sorento. The first welcoming greeting from Tim Lile set the I had decided I wanted to buy an SUV and had heard nothing but great things about the Kia Sorento. The first welcoming greeting from Tim Lile set the tone for a friendly and cordial atmosphere where we felt relaxed and were able to exchange ideas and continue to negotiate in a very pleasant manner. Tim knew how much we could afford and he was able to get us in the car we wanted. We were so impressed with his customer service and strong inter-personal skills and the efforts he extended to satisfy a customer. The car is just the color I wanted and I am so impressed with the Kia Sorento. It drives with such ease, is so airtight and has great suspension. I enjoy sitting up higher for the visibility it provides. And the seats are so comfortable. I had back surgery and they feel so luxurious. The best part is I was able to get a 2014 SUV with only 8,000 miles and for me that is like buying a new car! Tim is one salesman with strong ethics, standards and principles. Tim Lile, our salesman, was Bill Bryan Kia in Leesburg makes the car buying experience what it should be...a team effort to get the right car for us. Tim Lile, our salesman, was super. Truth be told, we wouldn't have purchased a car so soon as we were just looking and stopped by the dealership on a whim while on our way back out of town. He made us feel welcome and gained our trust quickly. He presented several cars that met our needs explaining the features of each. It was easy to select the best one for us. The whole staff from Humberto (manager) to the car detail person stayed until after 10:00 on Friday night to process our trade in, prepare our Sorento, and complete the financing paperwork. We are happy customers. Thanks Bill Bryan Kia and Tim Lile for making the car buying experience what it should be. More
