I purchased a Silverado 1500 from Chase that was missing a few chips. 18 months later I still do not have Park Assist Retrofit. Parts manager Cesar said he would order the part and would call me within th a few chips. 18 months later I still do not have Park Assist Retrofit. Parts manager Cesar said he would order the part and would call me within the next few weeks. 3 months later and 2 voice mails....nothing. My wife suggested calling the GM which I did. Nothing! No communication from anyone at Chase. This was my second and last purchase from them. More
