I had made an appointment for a test drive and everything was ready for my appointment. There was no pressure at any time. I had the opportunity to work with Tim Sheehan who is a fantastic professional. He made feel feel right at ease through out my car purchase. North Penn Mazda is also a beautiful dealership with many cars to choose from. They have a really cool customer lounge with beverages and snacks. At one point I felt light headed from low blood sugar and Tim was a gentleman who brought me over a couple snacks to help me feel better. Please see Tim and the rest of the staff.
