Tim Tae at Automax Hyundai Norman

I got my Tucson today with the help from Tim Tae. I love it and also the smooth purchase process. I have been crazy with cars since 2010. I have been to a number of dealers including many ones who sell fancy cars such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land-Rover, Infinite, Audi, Porsche, Maserati, and Jaguar vehicles, and also some ordinary ones who sell Mini, Honda, Nissan, VW, Ford, Mazda, and Buick. Automax Hyundai Norman appears the top level among all of above dealers. I was treated very friendly and having a kind of feeling like at home. I definitely love this experience and would like to recommend this dealer to all of my families, friends and colleagues who fall in love with HYUNDAI.

Now I would like to talk about Tim. Based on my experience with all dealers mentioned above, he actually is the only one sales staff who showed high-level service and patience. I have to say he is much much better (in terms of Knowledge, friendliness, and quality of work) than most people from luxury car dealers. I think he deserves to be the best. As I told him like a friend, attitude is importance, however, a continuous good mood and temper in front of customers is much more important. Some sales man became or appeared tired or even rude when knowing that the customer is not interested in purchasing any more. But, we change, yes, the buyers change their minds always. Highly possibly, we will choose to consider the car again. If we know there is sales man who is not friendly, in most cases, we would like to choose other dealers, even though they are far away. My point is, we, the buyers, always want to be 'the God'. We do not like pressure (many sales man tend to force you to buy a car) and also the unhappy faces when we decide to try more other competitors. I like the way Tim offered to my wife and me, and thank you so much for helping us with the purchase.

Finally, I was also greatly impressed by the sales manager (sorry I cannot remember his name), the financial staff, and some people (who opened up the doors for us frequently) working at the dealership for their friendliness and great service.

I just ran down to norman to look at a car with no intintion of buying a car. The car I looked at was an internet speccial and they gave me a good deal with no hassle. They are even going to fix an issue with the car with no addl cost and give me a loaner. I was very happy with the customer service!! I was in and out within an hour.

We came to automax because my parents were really satisfied with the friendliness that everyone showed, when me and my wife pulled up Tim walked up to us and he was so nice he asked us exactly what we were looking for and he guided us over to the car we happily own now a 2013 Elantra we are extremely satisfied with the service we have experienced and we would recommend Tim to any of our friends and relatives

We had a terrific buying experience with Auto Max's team of employees. Jennifer retuned my message right away from the Internet request and continued the next day to assist me. When we arrived, we were greeted by Daniel and set up with Tim to test drive. He is very knowledgable and friendly. Any employee we encountered was friendly. Will definitely spread the word about this great dealership!

Tim Tae was AWESOME! One of the best car salesman I have ever worked with! Not at all pushy and very helpful and knowledgeable. So nice and great personality!! Would work with him again any day! All the 5's are for him!
Now my finance guy, John, on the other hand was very pushy and tried to get me to buy things that I said I did not need or want, then tried to make me and my husband feel bad that we were taking up so much of his time. Then I turned in the key to my trade in to him and he told me that he was going to tell my salesman where it was and it sat across the street for two days and I had to call and tell my salesman myself! Not a big fan of him at all! All 2's for him!

I recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Tim, he was so nice and so helpful! I told him exactly why i was shopping, what I was looking for and he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond helping me. He found the car i wanted and in the color i wanted, and had to there clean and ready the very next day! He showed me how to use all the features on the car. Talking to him was so easy it was like sitting with an old friend. I would definitely buy another car from him! He was awesome!

Tim was very detailed and thorough when explaining all my options. I was satisfied with the ease of the deal. Once we settled on a number there was no messing around, we got down to business and I got out of there pretty fast. I would recommend working with Tim if you are looking for a new Hyundai in Norman
