It would have been nice to have a rental to drive while my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Also on the paperwork it says the car was service washed and it was not looked th my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Also on the paperwork it says the car was service washed and it was not looked the same as they did when it was picked up . I know because the same dirt stains was still on the car . The driver was really pleasant though. Also the lady on the phone who booked my appointment said that I couldn’t drop off my car because it would be months before she can get me in which I learned was a lie because they get points for picking up , I would have been fine with just a honest answer I’m always willing to help out a company. More
