It would have been nice to have a rental to drive while my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Also on the paperwork it says the car was service washed and it was not looked th my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Also on the paperwork it says the car was service washed and it was not looked the same as they did when it was picked up . I know because the same dirt stains was still on the car . The driver was really pleasant though. Also the lady on the phone who booked my appointment said that I couldn’t drop off my car because it would be months before she can get me in which I learned was a lie because they get points for picking up , I would have been fine with just a honest answer I’m always willing to help out a company. More

This dealership single handedly robbed a local small family business of a vehicle grant by refusing to properly fill out paperwork and refusing to allow them to buy the lease out after they were on the family business of a vehicle grant by refusing to properly fill out paperwork and refusing to allow them to buy the lease out after they were on the hook to pay for something they should’ve had a grant for. If you have tons of money, they might treat you well. Otherwise, go elsewhere. More

David Ditman was very helpful, knowledgeable And provided excellent customer service. He answer all the questions me and my wife had. During our buying process we viewed several dealerships and his excellent excellent customer service. He answer all the questions me and my wife had. During our buying process we viewed several dealerships and his excellent service was the reason why we chose to buy our car there. When we arrived he came our the building with a smile and greeting us. We didn’t have to chase someone down for help and he made us feel like we were important customer. He offered us a bottle of water because it was hot that day. He treated me and my wife special and it was the best car buying experience we had. David help us choose the car we wanted at the right price. In the future when we are shopping for another car David Ditman will be our guy. We really appreciate all the hard work and great service David provided. More

Worse experience ever at this dealership. Told them I wanted Ford credit only and what do they do they shotgun my credit everywhere. They also do not want to give anything for trades.
