We had an issue when installing an update at our home, it drained the battery. We used the on star app after calling our dealership, Bergstrom’s in Oshkosh, Boucher sent a group to start our car and we drove drained the battery. We were leaving for the weekend, left the car at Boucher and picked it up when we arrived home. All is well! More
