Tim In sales was very knowledgeable on his Vehicle and sales. He did not push anybody to do anything that you did not want to do. Very friendly gentleman. When buying my vehicle at the end of the lease, I was charged a dealer fee of $899 even though the contract said no dealer fee would apply. When I tried to find out why, I was told rudely that they didn' charged a dealer fee of $899 even though the contract said no dealer fee would apply. When I tried to find out why, I was told rudely that they didn't have time to explain because they were too busy. Either agree to pay it or leave. Extremely disappointed in this cold and callous kind of treatment. I'd give NO STARS if it were an option. More
