The guys here took good care of me. They were up front and honest about pricing. I didn't have to haggle with them to get the best price, like you would at other dealerships. They were even serving homemade ice cream when I went to pick up the vehicle I ordered.

I always return to the company that I had the best relationship with and I feel that they had my interest at heart.

Tipp is the best. No pressure. No urgency to close a deal. He helps you make up your mind.

If I ever need another vehicle or know of someone, we will go to Tipp Lasseter.

My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
My overall experience with McKinney was great. I drove off with a new Challenger SXT Plus and I couldnt be more happy. Tipp was very helpful and laid back. He had this grumpy old man vibe to him that i found entertaining, others might not. Regardless, when it came down to working for you and with you he was top notch. I decided on McKinney for the sole reason that they had the exact car i was looking for in my search on the internet. I'm glad I gave them my business.

One negative that doesn't reflect on Tipp...If your on their website and find the car you want, there is an option for an E-Price. If you fill it out you get a call back shortly with a special quote. It was a little later in the day when i called but "shortly" to me means an hour or two. Seeing as how I only had one day off to get my car, I proactively called the sales department and asked about the E-Price to see if I could knock some more off the top and they acted like they never heard of it. After i got my car, sitting in my garage, i got a call about my E-price quote, at this point I didnt want to hear it... Mind you, I still got a great deal with Tipp's help through financing and i am really satisfied. I feel that the E-price option should be taken off of the website or easily accessed by all the sales dept. A minor glitch in an otherwise great experience.

My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler for several weeks, searching for the one i wanted and the best price; there were 3 dealerships near me. I went to Mckinney one night just to look around and get an idea of what i was looking for. As i was there the salesmen were all closing up for the evening. I told them i didnt need any help i was just looking to get an idea.

Tipp, happened to be picking up flags by the Jeeps i was looking at and offered to give me a "run down" on Wranglers. I told him i was just looking and i knew they were trying to close up and go home for the night. He gave me all kinds of information anyways. He was not pushy, he didnt not treat me like just another sale, he didnt try to force me into anything or talk me into anything. He was just giving me information on a vehicle i had no idea what to look for. He also gave me the Wrangler Pamphlet and the website if i wanted to do some more research.

After a few weeks of looking around and pricing some other Wranglers out, i went back to see Tipp and he once again was very helpful and just told me whenever i was ready to figure up some numbers and see about my trade in value, just to give him a call and he would take care of things.

I ended up going back to McKinney that following weekend and told Tipp I wass ready to buy the one we had looked at. He helped me with the Price of the Jeep, and he helped with getting a good trade in value on my car.

During all three of my visits to McKinney, Tipp was always helpful, very knowledgeable, genuinly willing to make sure i knew the goods/bads and differences by going from my car to a Wrangler. He was never forceful or pushy to get me to buy from him. He was EXTREMELY helpful and informative!

I would recommend Tipp and McKinney Dodge to anyone else looking to buy!
