Purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali, had them do a walk around, and also had them put an extended Warranty. To get an extended warranty they have to do an inspection. I received the vehicle and before I even put 1 and also had them put an extended Warranty. To get an extended warranty they have to do an inspection. I received the vehicle and before I even put 100 miles I had it at the shop. The shocks were shot, compressor had to be replaced, the Antenna needed to be replaced. Warranty denied all because it was to soon with how many miles I put on it. Contacted Derrow Shirkey, was told AS is, even with there inspection, and added warranty. They don't care, def buyer be ware, they are not looking out for there customers. More

Contacted them twice about a trade in and to purchase a used vehicle. Finally received an email. When evaluating my trade they were 10k under the value which I showed them. At this point they started to gh used vehicle. Finally received an email. When evaluating my trade they were 10k under the value which I showed them.
