THIS DEALERSHIP JUST REFUSED TO PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE ON MY F150 BECAUSE I LEFT THEM A BAD REVIEW. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL! A FEW MONTHS AGO, I HAD PARTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE A REVIE ON MY F150 BECAUSE I LEFT THEM A BAD REVIEW. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL! A FEW MONTHS AGO, I HAD PARTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE A REVIEW, I DID NOT LEAVE A GOOD ONE. BRANDO, THE SERVICE MANAGER THERE, CALLED ME TO ASK ME TO EDIT MY REVIEW. I REFUSED. NOW THAT I NEED THE SAME WARRANTY REPAIR RE-WORKED, McFARLAND FORD IS REFUSING TO DO IT BECUASE OF THE BAD REVIEW I LEFT LAST TIME. A GOOD DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPPERATE THIS WAY. Warranty repair work from this dealership is a waste of time. They can’t even follow the simple TSB procedures as defined by Ford to correct known issues. I have shown up to 3 appointments with no resoluti time. They can’t even follow the simple TSB procedures as defined by Ford to correct known issues. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. From the day of my purchase from Scott Herman to today, I cannot have been more satisfied. Scott makes a point of making himself known to me and conversing on every service visit when he is there. I have dealt mostly with Todd Bergeron on my service visits, and to a lesser extent, Don Perry. Service work is usually complete earlier than expected, and has never taken longer than expected. The service staff is more than willing to answer any question, and has several times gone above and beyond what it takes to be helpful. I regularly receive a service reminder 1-2 days before my scheduled service and a service follow up e-mail from Katie Moynahan. I have had service performed at two other Ford dealers in my area, and have had a mediocre experience at one, and was highly dissatisfied with the total lack of professionalism at the other. McFarland is a fine group of professionals. They also make you feel welcome. That is highly unusual in the case of auto shops in general. To be comfortable having service is more the exception, than the rule. I always feel like a valued customer. More

I’m writing to acknowledge Todd Bergeron for his excellent work as a service advisor. I’ve been coming to McFarland Ford for many years and have received great service from past advisors, but Todd excellent work as a service advisor. I’ve been coming to McFarland Ford for many years and have received great service from past advisors, but Todd has consistently exceeded my expectations. Todd is always pleasant, very professional, and goes beyond what’s required to assist customers. For example, this past Thursday, my son, Ed, and I were in with his ‘05 Focus (purchased there!) for an annual inspection. Ed travels from Bow to have his service performed at McFarland Ford – namely because there is a deep sense of trust in Todd. The inspection revealed that the rear bumper support had deteriorated so badly that it had to be replaced. When Todd called with the news, he was able to propose a solution that would allow repair of the car while offering my son some real savings. I know Todd could have pushed for a more expensive solution, but he understood our plans with the Focus and worked around that – which is what I’ve come to expect of Todd. Todd’s excellent service has also been evidenced whenever I’ve purchased tires or scheduled appointments for repairs. I’ve had all my service needs taken care of by Todd – not only for the ‘05 Focus, but for an ‘04 Taurus and ‘03 F 150. He’s always thorough in his research and provides several options for my consideration. When it comes to inspections, Todd is thorough in explaining the inspection results, advises what has to be repaired to obtain a sticker, and also identifies items that will require attention in the near future. My entire family has complete trust in Todd’s work and he is the reason we continue to return to McFarland Ford. More

There is NO service anywhere compared to this dealership. They FOUGHT with ARI to get me new tires and may have saved my life; tires were bald and ARI refused to replace them twice but Dave refused to give u They FOUGHT with ARI to get me new tires and may have saved my life; tires were bald and ARI refused to replace them twice but Dave refused to give up. Jason also had to support a tire change via ARI who resist the dealers requests. I have seen Service staff with other customers and they really care; ie sitting with the older customers in the waiting area to "Counsel" them on their car's problem. They know us by name. The sales guys are not pushy at all and respect boundaries. I would buy from them today if I needed a car. My car is always been a lease, for now, multiple vehicles since 2000. They are the best. They know my father and the mileage on his truck and appreciate the customers-Thank you Frank the Service Manager Nice Work. I wish i needed a Ford Fiesta because I would buy it just based on the Service Department. Thank you Jason for asking me about my new Escape. Whether buying a new car or returning for service, McFarland Ford always exceeds my expectations. For example, the sales staff always demonstrates a willingness to provide a competitive price on the McFarland Ford always exceeds my expectations. I don't think it's well known, but they will definitely beat the price of some of the dealers who claim to sell for less and with no frills. Just give McFarland the opportunity. The service staff is also very professional and completes all the required work on schedule and at a fair price. I've never felt that the service department is attempting to take advantage of their customers or is pushing their customers to have work completed that's not necessary. They're always helpful and honest - and as long as that continues - I plan on bringing my business to McFarland Ford. More

Service Dept is friendly, professional, and efficient. I am always treated respectfully and given a thorough explanation of all work performed and possible work needed in the future. I have never had to bring my vehicle back for the same issue a second time. I often book my appointments online and appreciate that convenience. I always recommend the service dept to others and wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. I own three Fords and have been a sales, service, and body shop customer for over 15 years. The Body Shop is also excellent to work with. I recently had a vehicle repaired after an accident. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the time that it took to complete the repairs. I really appreciated the body shop calling me with updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair. They were honest and helpful. More
