Good deals, not great customer service They found me a really nice car and the finance lady got me a really good deal considering my lousy credit. However, I have to admit, I spent most of my time there feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome--more of a bother than anything else. We never test drove the car, when we went to pick up the car, Todd had us sign papers, didn't explain much, handed us our keys, shook our hand and pushed us out the door. I spent more time in the finance office than anywhere else. My first visit was rough--kind of like meeting my boyfriend's judgmental parents. I went back for the car, not the customer service. More

PUT THROUGH THE GRIND FOR A USED CAR THEY PUT ME THROUGH SO MUCH FOR A 5,000 CAR. I EVEN HAD TO PRINT MY BANK STATEMENT!!! AND IN THE END, THEY WANTED $260.00 FOR 48 MONTHS FOR A $5000 CA THEY PUT ME THROUGH SO MUCH FOR A 5,000 CAR. I EVEN HAD TO PRINT MY BANK STATEMENT!!! AND IN THE END, THEY WANTED $260.00 FOR 48 MONTHS FOR A $5000 CAR. THEY ADDED SO MUCH STUFF; GAP, ETC, ETC THAT IN THE END THE CAR WAS OVER $8,000!!!!! HOW IS THAT FAIR??? More

A thank you for the service I called on a saturday about about a car i seen on the internet and talked with Miranda Wilson. i told her that i live 125miles away and couldnt get t I called on a saturday about about a car i seen on the internet and talked with Miranda Wilson. i told her that i live 125miles away and couldnt get to the dealer until monday. she said saturdays are usually busy, but if the car i want was sold she would call me. Today is monday, i drove the 125 miles, met salesman Todd Gray, we test drove the car, came back and met with Lisa Pape in finance. Todd Gray then programed our phones ,and onstar for us.
