Truly painless experience Buying a car is something I do not look forward to. I have had less than satisfying experiences elsewhere in the past and did not relish the thought o Buying a car is something I do not look forward to. I have had less than satisfying experiences elsewhere in the past and did not relish the thought of high pressure tactics, endless back and forth negotiating and the inevitable feeling that I was not in fact getting a good deal. My daughter recently purchased a new car from Ciocca and was very satisfied with both the vehicle and the buying experience .She was very involved in the whole process. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. The salesman, Nick Spiezio was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly ..... did not try to sell me something that I didn't want. He found the car with the options that I wanted and gave me a thorough orientation to the car and all it's features. There was very little back and forth negotiating and I was able to make a deal that I felt comfortable with. The manager was friendly and helpful. The financing portion of the experience was also comfortable without the expected high pressure tactics to sell an extended warranty that I absolutely did not intend to purchase. In the past I have walked out of a dealership due to the endless questions about why I would not buy the top of the line extended warranty that was being pushed. The tour of the dealership and introductions to the staff that I will one day see again was very helpful. I have had this car for only two weeks, and I absolutely love it. I know that I will return when I next need a new vehicle and without the trepidation that I have felt in the past. This was without a doubt the most pleasant and satisfying car purchase I ever made. More

Hassle-free Experience We were looking for a late model Subaru Forester with low mileage. Our initial contact was through the Chat feature on the website with Tom in the Int We were looking for a late model Subaru Forester with low mileage. Our initial contact was through the Chat feature on the website with Tom in the Internet department. He emailed us regularly with inventory updates to keep us informed of our options. We saw one that seemed to meet all of our requirements, AWD, good safety features, leather seats, interior and exterior colors. We initiated an online chat on Saturday afternoon, 2 hrs before the dealership closed. Tom invited us to stop by, greeted us and introduced us to Ben, who was to be our salesperson. He took us outside, where the car was waiting for our test drive. Ben sat in the back and told us about the features of the car as we rode along small country roads and the highway. We stopped to change drivers so my husband and I could both experience the ride. Back inside, Ben was patient, personable and not at all pushy. He answered all of our questions. Our trade-in was evaluated, and the negotiating process wasn't long, drawn out , or painful as is often the case at other dealerships! We got a fair price for our trade and the new vehicle. The paperwork was handled swiftly and expertly by Mohammed in the finance department. He was very professional and personable, explaining everything in great detail. While we were signing the paperwork, Ben had transferred two car seat bases and mirrors from our trade-in to the Forester. They filled the tank and had the car running for us as we exited the building. Ben even quickly synched both of our smart phones with the Bluetooth , saving us the hassle of reading the manual and figuring out how to do it ourselves. He pointed out more features and we were on our way. We received business cards from Ben, Mohammed and Gregg Ciocca, Jr., who found us a lower finance rate than our credit union. The next day, we had a problem with the power lift gate. A quick call to Ben solved the problem. It was a simple reset issue. I thought it might require a service visit. I was impressed with how well-versed Ben was with the vehicle operation and that he was able to quickly resolve the problem. I was impressed with the seamlessness of our transaction. The Ciocca dealership seems to take pride in its commitment to customer comfort and satisfaction. This dealership is also commendable for the diversity that is represented among its employees! I give this operation 5 stars and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle there and recommend it to my friends and family. More

The people were rude and abrasive and seemed annoyed to be doing their job. This time, so much different. The entire staff that I worked with was friendly. From the Internet Sales guy, Tom C. who answered all my questions and referred me to a wonderful in house sales representative, Andy E. I couldn't have asked for better people to go through purchasing my first new vehicle. (My first vehicle was used.) Not only did they make the entire process easy and worry free. The fact that they both were so knowledgeable about the products and services Subaru provides it was such a relief. They both worked hard to make sure that they were able to obtain the exact car I wanted and best of all for the right price. I put in a request for one not available on their lot and they called me the very next day with the wonderful news that they found my car and that it would be there the following day. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and courtesy that was represented by the entire team there. I will most certainly be coming back again for my next vehicle and gladly sending people their way. I'm very happy to report that not only does Subaru make excellent products but they certainly picked the perfect team members to connect those products with the right people. Lastly, but certainly not least, the finance person I dealt with, Mike V. not only provided a clear breakdown of exactly what my payment options were, but thoroughly explained additional options for making sure my vehicle would be taken care of well past the initial warranty. From the moment I first spoke with Tom C. on the internet, til the moment I was greeted at the door by Andy E. to the effortless transition over into the finance department I had the most wonderful experience, I almost did mind that I signed my life away for four years. Thank you Subaru for making sure to hire an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I couldn't be more pleased. More

Quickest, No Pressure Car Buying Experience Ever !!! My experience started with online car searching and negotiations. I then visited the show room after some initial negotiations. Was greeted promptly and they had me with my sales rep, Mariely, very quickly. Was offered water / coffee. I went for a test ride while they evaluated my car. I was there less than 2 hours and we had an agreement on price that worked for both parties. Other dealerships I dealt with turn out to be an all day event. The car I wanted was not in stock, however, a few days later I get the call that they have it and ready for pickup. Went to pickup the vehicle. Paperwork was completed and an overview of the vehicle was completed in less than an hour. Mariely was outstanding and listened to what I wanted. The Dealership was busy but everyone was being taken care off. Outstanding customer lounge for when you are waiting for vehicle service. Definitely the best car purchasing experience I ever had. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you Ciocca, for putting the SERVICE back in Customer Service. More

I had my guaranteed price before I left my house and when we got to the dealership they had the car pulled up front and ready to go for a test drive. Sales and financing folks were very helpful, but it did take about 4 hours to get financing and paper work done. Not sure what time frame is typical? They were honest and honored the incentives they advertise. They have an incredibly diverse amount of inventory. It's worth the drive if you're not local to Allentown- we weren't. I am incredibly happy with the new Subaru we purchased and the folks a Ciocca made our experience easy. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership. More
