I was given technician’s recommendation and agreed to services needed but kept having problems and to keep coming back within short periods of time. Not sure why the subsequent services were not included services needed but kept having problems and to keep coming back within short periods of time. Not sure why the subsequent services were not included in the recommendations. I’m assuming they were not able to see the problem forthcoming. But overall I am pleased with the services that Hyundai Wesley Chapel provides. My thanks to Jasmine and the service team for keeping my car safely traveling on the road. More

The service itself was great but the upsell is not. I don’t know if it’s necessary or not, but the car was doing fine and I just wanted the 30,000 mile service. I had the worst experience at this dealership. The customer service was absolutely appalling from start to finish. The sales advisors were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed zero int The customer service was absolutely appalling from start to finish. The sales advisors were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in actually helping customers. The service was painfully slow - I wasted hours of my time waiting around while the staff seemed to move at a snail’s pace. When I tried to address my concerns and problems, they were dismissive and provided no solutions whatsoever. It felt like they couldn’t care less about my needs as a customer. The advisors were rude, unresponsive, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, with none of my issues resolved. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place clearly doesn’t value their customers or provide the service you’d expect when making such an important purchase. There are plenty of other dealerships that will actually treat you with respect and professionalism. I will never return and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ More
