Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. Great service! We had been looking for a truck to do some traveling for about six months. We saw one online so we went and drove it. It wasn’t quite what we wanted and Tom, our salesman, suggested we try one that they had on their other lot and it was perfect! He was so helpful and we picked it up the next day. Very happy we went. Above and beyond The entire staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Tom was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Besides taking extra time to help my husband set up Bluetooth functions, they accommodated his transportation needs prior to the end of the same due to delays with the bank. C. Wimberley Ford is more than a car dealer! From the first meeting with Tom I felt like his main interest was to find out what I was looking for. He was able to find it all and I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything other than what I wanted.
