From the moment I stopped in to look at a new car, Daniel was super helpful and not pushy. He gave me all of the information and even ran numbers for me to help me decide if leasing or buying was the better was super helpful and not pushy. He gave me all of the information and even ran numbers for me to help me decide if leasing or buying was the better option. My husband couldn’t go with me when I initially went in and Daniel sent me a full video of the car I looked at so I could share it with my husband. He made the leasing process super smooth and I am absolutely delighted with my new XT6. All of the employees at Ed Morse were excellent and I look forward to coming back for my next car. More

Tom has been great at looking after my car and Paul runs a great department. They are not only professional but very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the "bottom line" communication from Manager Mr. Roth and the attention to detail from Steve Plotnick. Cadillac is a staple in my family (daughter purchased an Escalade, Son-in-Law purchased an Escalade and STS. This is my third Cadillac, an outstanding XT5. Former purchases were a CTS and and SRX. My goal is to convince my family to purchase only from Ed Morse Bayview, as I have. There is always service with a smile. I've never purchased a used vehicle but convincing wasn't difficult when I met the car and color I'd longed for! I must extend a special SHOUT OUT to the gentleman in Service who attends to my every need, especially on Saturdays when there's a promotional luncheon/ breakfast. My loyalty is to Bayview for life!! More
