Tom was the salesman that approached me, what a great fit. So positive and his energy and willingness to work with my budget was awesome! Tom Redd (our awesome sales guy!) took it upon himself to review and rectify the issue I previously wrote about. Thomas Redd delivered 100%. We said what we were looking for and the time frame we had and he immediately went to work making it happen. Thomas Redd was a phenomenal customer service rep!!! He understood that I knew what I wanted and I did not want to hang around. He got all the required stuff done so that I can get in and out of the dealer understood that I knew what I wanted and I did not want to hang around. He got all the required stuff done so that I can get in and out of the dealership with my new car. As a matter of fact, he was literally running at times to ensure we got out of there on time.
