Not pleased. First off the green card mailed to me had the name Tom Stensrud with a hand written number that was illegible. I called what I thought it was and it was wrong so I called the number on the orange card that was printed. I was told by Heather that I could bring my 2019 GMC Sierra in on Tuesday 3-12-19 and it would take half a day, she also wanted me to get my oil changed. I told her I have only 2,000 miles on the truck at this time. I asked if I could drop it off on Monday because I had the day off. She said yes. I lined up a ride with my son to pick me up and bring me home. When I pulled into the lot, I got out and was yelled at by an employee and said I could not park there. I was upset at the tone he used and being scolded by him. Anyway, my son came (made an extra trip for me and took me home to Lakeville. I was called a couple hours later and told that my truck was done???? My appointment wasn't until Tuesday. Now how do I get back and pick it up. I could have waited there or walked to a store instead of inconveniencing everyone else. I called my wife and she drove home from St Paul and brought me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I received from OnStar services that my tire pressures were low. When I got the truck home from the service department, they were still low. No one checked the air in the tires and I thought that maybe it would have been washed, but it wasn't. I am very displeased with the service. I don't feel appreciated as a customer, or that I am valued. Why wasn't a loaner vehicle provided? Why was the truck done in half the time stated and the day before it was scheduled. It was difficult to arrange rides from other people to get there and drop it off and to pick it up. More

Response to Request Review I actually don't know which Tom I have worked or if I have worked with both. However, everyone there treats you with respect. They also perform the services they are asked to. Nothing more, nothing less. I just do not like the attitude of some (few) of the employees. I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts. More
