When we went in to just test drive a car our sales person "Tommy" was nice enough that he even researched another car that fit our liking better that I did not know about. We bought a 2023 Hyundai Palisade…. certified used car. Tommy was the first person we spoke to at Dean Team Hyundai, and he was great to work with. We came back the next day with our c certified used car. Tommy was the first person we spoke to at Dean Team Hyundai, and he was great to work with. We came back the next day with our car to trade. The deal went as we discussed the day before. Any problems we have had since (there were a couple with the car itself), Tommy helped us and made it right. Definitely would deal with Tommy again and recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

Cars are straight up overpriced, when making a very reasonable offer on a used car I was met with a rude and snarky response about my offer and zero reasoning as to why the car was so overpriced in the reasonable offer on a used car I was met with a rude and snarky response about my offer and zero reasoning as to why the car was so overpriced in the first place. $10,000 over MSRP on a used car.
