I bought my 2009 Pontiac G6 from Patrick back in July of 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a brand new Pontiac before GM discontinued them. The "New Car Class" that was offered I took advantage of and had all of my questions about my car and the dealership answered, even the questions that I never knew that I had. About a month ago, my power driver side seat and rear passenger door lock broke. When I brought it into Patrick for service, they took the time to fix everything and get it under warrenty, (I had just passed 36,000 miles on my car). Then less than a week later I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and I told the insurance company that I only wanted Patrick to do the repairs. Luckily, Patrick does body work for the insurance company I was using (MetLife), as well as my own (Allstate). I was able to have a rental ready for me when I dropped the car off to get it repaired. I was told that the repairs would be 3 days, and they were done in 2 1/2! When I picked up my car, the attention to detail was amazing! The car was completely clean inside and out and everything was tweeked. The car felt like the day I bought it! I had two big paint scratches on the driver side that were not even apart of the accident, and they were touched up too! I have never been treated with such respect and professionalism as I was with Patrick. I am a PROUD Patrick customer for life! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! More

I have had nothing but great experience with doing business with Patrick Pontiac. I bought my VIBE new from them, and have serviced it right from the start. Its always fixed correctly, the service pr business with Patrick Pontiac. I bought my VIBE new from them, and have serviced it right from the start. Its always fixed correctly, the service prices are better than using local service shops. They shuttle me to and from work, always have the car ready when I asked for it. And they never tell me about a service that my car really does not need (such as local service shops do). Always friendly - and you can always get a soda form PATs cafe, while you do work on your laptop with their wireless service. More

sales department was friendly, worked well with me on the price for trade and made sure to locate the vehicle I wanted and even had a few more features than the initial model I was looking at. Tony did an excellant job and is very knowledgible about all aspects of Automobile sales. I believe the price was for my vehicle was a fair price and even cheaper then other dealers in the area. it was a pl all aspects of Automobile sales. I have been to the Patrick dealership for Service on all three of my vehicles, and I have found them to be knowledgeable and able to handle any job on either of my domestic vehicles (Jeep & GMC) as well as three of my vehicles, and I have found them to be knowledgeable and able to handle any job on either of my domestic vehicles (Jeep & GMC) as well as my BMW. Jerry in Service has always been friendly and helpful, and the job is always done right and in a timely manner, just as promised. I've also purchased two vehicles from Patrick, a used Pontiac and more recently a new GMC truck, and Tony in Sales was helpful in closing both deals, he listened to my concerns and gave me a fair price on my trade-ins. So, whether buying a vehicle or having one serviced, I've always found them to be honest and fair - THANK YOU! More
