We absolutely Love Cronin Ford!! Tony & Joe were amazing. I am 61 and a widow. This was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle without my Dad or Husband. They took their time and found a PERFECT car for my daughter & I. It is a Great 2018 Ford Escape SE with just a little over 29,000 miles. I felt NO PRESSURE, NO HURRIED FEELING! I wanted to get a lower monthly payment on a new vehicle so I stopped in at Cronin Ford to see if Julie was working. She was off but Tony H greeted me at the door and after speaking for a couple minut so I stopped in at Cronin Ford to see if Julie was working. Tony was so fast and determined to get me in my new Escape! I contacted him in the am and by evening I drove away in my new car. The other dealers near by lacked the persistence and timeliness that Tro Escape! I contacted him in the am and by evening I drove away in my new car. Started with a chat getting towing information from Tony Henegar. He was very responsive to all our questions. We went in for a test drive and drove home with a new F150. Tony took good care of us going ove Henegar. He was very responsive to all our questions. We went in for a test drive and drove home with a new F150. Tony took good care of us going over all the features before we left. He even helped us get the Ford Pass app loaded and configured. I don't remember the names of everyone we spoke to that night but everyone was very pleasant. There was never any sales pressure. This was our third visit to Cronin Ford in our search for a new truck and it was very nice to be met by someone at the front door every time we arrived. More
