Great, Great Service Everything is always great with Tom Gill Chevrolet. This was our 5th vehicle we have bought from Tom Gill over the years. Everything from our service with Tony Humbert in the service dept., honest and friendly person. We always call Tony when we bring our vehicles in for service. Chris Roderick - Sales, he was a sweetheart helping my daughter (who's 21) buy her first SUV in her name. My daughter was so excited and Chris helped in her excitement. Chris is very professional salesman and worked hard to answer are questions. The next day we came back and Chris was off, so Douglas Garrett assisted me in buying a 2014 version of the Equinox and I traded in my 2011 Equinox (got a letter from Holly wanting my car). Douglas is very knowledgeable of his products and took the time to show me everything about my Equinox. As a female, Douglas was very professional and I actually learned things about my Suv. Steve in finance! What a guy! He is so friendly and easy going. He made the process so easy for both loans. He went back to where our loans were before and boom. Got refinanced first try with the credit companies. I enjoyed talking to Steve. He knows his job. More

Exceptional Becomes The Norm I have had both of my families vehicles serviced at Tom Gill since 2011. Tony always makes it fun, fast and easy. Horrible Customer Service After purchasing a new Equinox from Tom Gill we were told that with the "Tom Gill Advantage" we were to receive our first 4 oil changes at no cost. Wh After purchasing a new Equinox from Tom Gill we were told that with the "Tom Gill Advantage" we were to receive our first 4 oil changes at no cost. When we took the vehicle in for our 4th service we had reached 26k miles. We were told that they would not honor the 4th maintenance because we were over 24k miles. We explained to them that our first time trying to get in for our 6k service we had to wait over a week for an appointment and in that time we went over 7k miles due to a planned trip. This first service then set our proceeding services back. We were told we would have to pay $130 for an oil change in lieu of the free one we were owed. I spoke to a service manager and after several minutes of conversation was eventually laughed at and when I then lost my temper was hung up on. I would NEVER recommend Tom Gill Chevrolet to anyone after this experience. I was lied to by a sales person when I bought the vehicle and then not given any respect by the service department. More

I came in yesterday to pick up my vehicle and after almost twenty minutes did I finally get my car. The receptionist Janet had no clue what she was doing or even where my car was at. We've been going to Tom Gill for a very long time and I would have to say this was the worst experience out of all of them. More

Steve has followed up after the sale to ensure that all my questions were answered and that everything was working well with my vehicle. Tony Humbert is the only reason I take my car to Tom Gill I purchased my car in 2010 from Tom Gill. I continue to use their service department because of Tony. He is always pleasant and has always been honest I purchased my car in 2010 from Tom Gill. I continue to use their service department because of Tony. He is always pleasant and has always been honest with me. He goes out of his way to make my experience the best every time I come in there. I am not very car savvy and Tony always gives me all my options in terms I can understand. I always know my car is in great hands when I turn it over to Tony and his guys. My car has always come out in the expected time and pricing has always been very reasonable. In fact, I'm due for an oil change soon and can't wait to take my car in so it's ready to go for our vacation. That way I will have a worry free trip knowing Tony just looked over my car and gave it the thumbs up! More
