Tony made the process super easy, I had called ahead and he had the vehicle upfront and ready for a test drive. Very easy going, no nonsense approach, which was appreciated. Ryan in finance did a great job, wasn't pushy on products - buying a 10 year old vehicle I already knew I wanted the extended service plan (like a warranty) he had good prices for that product and was very efficient. Whole process from walking in the door to driving away in the new vehicle was probably about 2 hours. No trade vehicle this time. Thanks Tony, Ryan and West Metro! More

We put money down on a truck that was in transit. It arrived at the dealership in a timely manner and was exactly as described. Flew into Minneapolis and driver picked us up at the airport and Tony h It arrived at the dealership in a timely manner and was exactly as described. Flew into Minneapolis and driver picked us up at the airport and Tony had everything ready for us to make the paperwork fast so we could get on the road before the next snowstorm. Very pleased with West Metro GMC. More
