My Review of Patriot Subaru:
I needed help when my new imprezza started making noise and started shaking, fortunately i got to my driveway. I called and had it towed to Patriot. They fixed minor problem and delivered my car to me as I do not drive long distances. I cannot say more abot the absolutely wonderful customer service at Patriot. They take the extra step to accomodate. I am so happy I bought a Subaru and happier that I bought it at Patriot.

My Review of Patriot Subaru:
Overall, I had a great buying experience at Patriot Subaru. Tony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My local Subaru dealership was unwilling to work very hard to earn my business. I took a chance and drove the hour distance to see if I could get a fair deal. Not only was it worth the drive, but I will return in the future! Not only did they have a greater selection of the used Subaru I was looking for, but the prices were significantly less with the same amount of miles. They also crushed the competition on my trade! David had the paperwork completed in record time which I generally find to be a major pain. The whole deal was completed in less than 3 hours. At lunch, they brought in about 10 large pizzas and drinks for all of the customers. Tony knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and got it done on the first try. I can't say enough about the whole experience. Kudos to everyone!!

Car buying is hugely stressful for me, and the folks at Patriot made it as easy as it could have been. They were the first ones to come up with a quote for the car and trade-in, and the numbers exceeded any that I asked for. I felt like Tony listened to me, didn't try to pressure me, and offered the best price I could find. Another dealership met this price, but the fact that I felt the experience went well at Patriot, and they promised continuing customer service at a very high level won the sale.

Been looking several weeks for a new car been to several dealers and was not happy with dealing salesmen & managers.Went to Patriot which was by far my best experience. Everyone salesmen, sales manager & finance highly exceeded in being friendly, polite, respectful, not at all pushy. They all listened to what I was saying was treated fairly when it came to purchasing the car, financed it with them & the paperwork etc was incrediably easy from the last time I bought a new car (7yrs ago). My car was ready to drive away when I came to get it. The overall experience & atomosphere @ Patriot I felt was customer friendly & professional and will certainly recommend them to friends & family. To Whom It May Concern:

To say that I am an extremely satisfied customer is a large understatement. I ended up at Patriot Subaru after doing my homework at other dealerships. I was a bit discouraged and very tense before walking into Patriot Subaru. I knew that a very good friend of mine's daughter, Jessica Guerrette, had recently been hired there...and that is actually what brought me there to begin with.

I have known Jessica myself for a long time and lover her to pieces. I knew that she wouldn't steer me wrong. Jessica's enthusiasm, encouragement, wisdom and overall professionalism put me at ease from the first moment. As soon as I stepped foot on the lot I knew I was in the right place. I literally walked into the showroom, saw Jess and said, "hey, Jess, want to sell me a car today??" She was thrilled as I was too. She showed me some cars, told me about the current one I just bought yesterday, we took it for a test drive and I knew my search was over.

Jessica made this tedious task so easy for me and I am thrilled. I was happy to be able to help her as well. My goal was to walk out of there, driving off the lot in my new car and writing a check for the amount in full without financing. All of these things were accomplished in approximately one hour. Wow!!!! Just what I was hoping for.

Jessica Guerrette should be commended in more ways than I can say on her hard work, dedication and commitment to Patriot Subaru. She is a very hard working young lady and I will tell EVERYONE I know to go to Patriot Subaru. I am very thrilled with my new car and want to thank everyone there, especially Jessica, for truly making this a worthwhile experience. The Sales Manager, Tony, was professional, forth-coming and was also very wonderful to deal with.

To say thank you doesn't even quite seem fitting...but truly I am very thankful for all that you do at Patriot Subaru to make your customers feel happy as they walk out the door. I will continue to send anyone I know looking for a car to shop at Patriot Subaru.

We had a good experience at Patriot. We will likely purchase another vehicle here. They have free food on Saturdays, so if you are in the mood for a test drive and a snack this is the place to be. The sales people were friendly and the service people very knowledgeble.

I recently purchased a Jeep Liberty at Patriot Subaru. Everyone that I was working with was so helpful and friendly it made me feel extra comfortable with buying my car here, I knew right off that it was the right choice. I had been to many dealers before this one and there was always something about those dealers I didn't feel comfortable with. I had a price range and to find the car I have always wanted that was in my price range and was also clean and just perfect I was just so happy and still am. I am so happy that I went to Patriot Subaru that day. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone looking for a car. This is the dealer I will come to in the furture to purchase another car.

We worked together for approximately two weeks to finally reach agreement that was good for both parties. Patriot Subaru employees were all terrific from the yard man to the financial director. It was not any easy purchase for me but it was enjoyable.
