I recently had the opportunity to explore the Mercedes GLE 63 at Dallas Lease Returns. Despite placing two deposits on the vehicle, I am still actively searching for my dream car. Unfortunately, I was out of town during a crucial phone call regarding the car. However, Toronto was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our interactions. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly outstanding. Toronto Harris was very helpful and made our buying process fast an easy. This was our 1st time buying from this dealership and there was no pressure into buying. Toronto is a really great sells rep. I came in and test drove a couple of vehicles. He made sure that I had all of my questions answered and made sure to follow up with me the car had 2 I came in and test drove a couple of vehicles.
