I give the dealership 5 stars all because of TRACE, in service. HE IS OUTSTANDING!!! THE STAR!!!! He is knowledgeable, thorough, listens to your every word and does a pre-diagnosis before the mechanic se service. HE IS OUTSTANDING!!! THE STAR!!!! He is knowledgeable, thorough, listens to your every word and does a pre-diagnosis before the mechanic sees the car. Very attentive to needs of a waiting customer . Makes you feel like a person not just a thing that you have to take the keys from. Trace deserves recognition for the superb job he does. Customer service at its best.thank you Trace. I have been going to Seminole Toyota for years and a dozen or more times over same issue and asked for a complete inspection before insurance expired. Made appointment 12-3-25 waited 2 1/2 hrs to be told everything was fine nothing was wrong and no repairs or maintenance needed. Came to Phillips because same diagnostic code alert went off again, more than twenty plus times over the years. Just two months since a complete checkup at Seminole and then Trace brings me a list of maintenance needed and repairs to be done and solving the electronic alert issue. Please check the service that was done I will come to Phillips from now on. I don’t do reviews normally but I could not let this one go unanswered . Again, this rating is completely all because of Trace. I had no interaction with anybody else except the courtesy drives that took me to Cracker Barrel. I was able to get an appointment to address a check engine light issue first thing the next business day. The diagnosis was quick, but a part needed to be ordered, so I was given a loaner vehicle to h engine light issue first thing the next business day. The diagnosis was quick, but a part needed to be ordered, so I was given a loaner vehicle to have overnight which was much appreciated. The repair was done first thing the next morning, and the cost was what I expected. Trace from the service department and the woman who processed the paperwork for the loaner were both a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to bring my car back for service. More

I am physically in New Hampshire. My RAV4 was in operable in Florida. I called Phillips Toyota got a hold of Tyler was able to communicate with him what my vehicle needed.
