I had the most favorable, enjoyable experience at this dealership, EVER!! Jonathan Harrica, my salesman, was pleasant and very easy to deal with. I purchased the care I really wanted at a good price and got top dollar for my trade as well. No haggling was necessary. I also spoke with probably six other members of the sales & support team and all were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a great product at a fair price.

I built the Highlander I wanted on Edmunds.com and sent it out via Edmund's to about 8 dealerships throughout central Florida. Jonathon at Phillips was the only sales person to stick to the price range and the build I sent to him. All the others came back with offers for other Highlanders, even other vehicles, not in line with my needs or price point. It was evident they never even looked what I wanted, or just ignored my build from Edmund's.

In the end, Jonathon and Phillips's stayed focused on the vehicle I wanted and came through with the best price as well. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and and commitment to what I was looking for instead of what they wanted to sell.

Jonathon Harrica is the best car salesman I have ever had to deal with! He answered all of my questions along the way, and I had many questions! He was so nice and showed me everything about my new vehicle and walked me through the whole process with ease! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! I met the guy who detailed my Highlander, but I did not get his name. He was likewise extremely nice! And John, the man who had me sign the paperwork, was also very nice! You have a great staff working there at Phillips Toyota! The dealership there is clean and every person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful! There are several Toyota dealerships closer to my house, but I went 80 miles out of my way to go to Phillips!

Thank you for making my Highlander purchase easy and quick. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Phillips Toyota, although it will be a few years!

developed a whine in my transmission in my 2010 rav4.Took it to Phillips Toyota where I brought it was told the trany was ok by keith.I called Toyota customer service and filed a complaint.Was told to take it back to the dealer,was never told there was a memo out about the whine in rav4s.Memo#T-SB-0192-10,sent to dealers July 15,2010,20 pages long.I found out about it after I got rid of my rav4 because the whine got worse.Went back to PHILLIPS TOYOTA spoke with the owner,told me he would look into it and call me back.Never heard back from him!I would never buy another Toyota because I was lied to by the transmission man and never advised by Toyota there was a memo out on the problem.Bad dealership experience,got rid of a vehicile becuse the service dept. didn't repair the problem.Cost me a lot of money to trade for another vehicle that I should not had to get rid of.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We shopped several dealers before coming 40 miles to Phillips and found better dealing with them. They listened to what we wanted and did what we ask. My husband is very pleased with the Tacoma he purchased. We would certainly go back again when we are in need for service or buying again. No hassles and good communication. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They were deceitful and misleading. When it became apparent to us what they were trying to do, they had no logical explanation. They tried to get us to sign a form which should have reflected the final sales price and amount we were financing without the form being completed. Only when I insisted it be complete did it reflect us getting over $5000 less for our trade than initially agreed upon. I can only assume that they were hoping we would not ask too many questions or thoroughly read what we were signing. Not to mention their interest rate of 6.5% with what is considered an A rating credit score.

Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Orlando to buy your Toyota.
