Yesterday (Saturday) my wife and I were traveling from Ames, Iowa to Memphis Tennessee. I noticed I had a problem with the gas gauge registering incorrectly so I was close enough that I went to Des Moines Ames, Iowa to Memphis Tennessee. I noticed I had a problem with the gas gauge registering incorrectly so I was close enough that I went to Des Moines Toyota. Even though it was a Saturday and they were short of technicians, they went the extra mile and put a master technician on the problem which took approximately three hours to determine and fix. They kept me apprised of their progress and they were a pleasure to work with. After it was fixed and they had washed the car which I did not ask them to do, they presented me a bill of zero dollars. I highly recommend Toyota of Des Moines for anyone needing a service on their Toyota vehicle! More
