Out of state out of mind continues I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in September. Nothing but problems with not only the vehicle they sold me but I am still waiting on the ti I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in September. Nothing but problems with not only the vehicle they sold me but I am still waiting on the title for the car. Any communication with this dealership is painful. Managing Partner David Senkow replied to my first poor review apologizing and stating he was "looking into things"...two plus weeks later...nothing. Gave him my cell but I guess he is busy. Employee in the title/reg dept is a challenge to work with. When she is out nothing can get processed...so the information I needed FRIDAY will have to wait until she is back (out for personal reasons) on THURSDAY...but it's ok I am just the customer and the car is paid for so no motivation here. Kevin has become the most helpful but he can only do so much... More

Out of sight out of mind.. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership if you are not local and cannot get back to them for problems. They will not answer your call. I have called Kevin Scharwaztrauber more than a dozen times, I have left messages for Dave Senkow...NOTHING. I have a vehicle with a temp plate that will expire after tomorrow and still don't have reg and title. Title person is out AGAIN (she guaranteed she would call me back yesterday lol) and no one can fill in for her or look at her email. Bought my daughter who is a nurse with a critical job a vehicle to get to work and she will be unable to use it as of tomorrow. Was just told by the woman who answers the phone (feel most sorry for her) that Kevin was out cleaning snow off the cars and that he will call me from his cell phone. I said I am sure he will. So I guess I will call every 20 minutes until I get someone to assist me or opt to tow the vehicle back to them next week. HORRIBLE customer service. Any issues and they are gone...good luck to anyone else from out of state. More

They worked the numbers, treated me fairly and even Certified my new vehicle with a CPO warranty. No local dealers in my area would do this. I will definitely return for the next purchase. More

Purchase of a Jeep Patriot 2016 In the last 40 years I have purchased many cars for myself and family this by far was the most pleasant one of all. I took a ride to Tunkhannock Auto Mart on my day off and met with Travis Haldeman . I told him about my trade and the budget I needed to stay within for my daughters purchase of a new Jeep Patriot . He took me through their large inventory and they had the exact model she wanted. Now I thought would be the hard part however Travis gave me fair trade value and before I new it the transaction was wrapped up. That evening my daughter drove back home in her new Jeep . No question I will be buying new cars in the future but I know where I'll be going . Travis provided the answers I needed quickly and set up the financing we needed . Thanks again Travis I will be spreading the word with my family and friends and I'm sure you will be hearing from them soon , truly a well earned 5 star rating. More
