Travis is awesome! He makes sure that you are taken care of from getting a ride to the dealership or home, to checking in with you after the sales process is done. If you have any questions he is your one stop person and will find the answer for you from any department within Groove! He makes the process easy and is available for support after you bring your new car home. The experience with Groove has been decent, there have been a few issues with my used car and they are doing what they can to fix it. My concern is that if I didn't have a second mechanic look at the car I would have been in trouble when the warranty expired. If you are buying a new car with Groove you have nothing to worry about, but I highly recommend taking advantage of the borrow agreements which allow you to take the car to a mechanic outside of Groove before buying so someone else can look it over and find any issues. If your buying used or new from Groove go see Travis! More

Travis is very approachable and generally wants to help and make sure his customers have a good experience. Travis does not bombard you with high pressure sales. Instead he listens and again makes the car buying process a pleasant one. A few days after buying the car we discovered a minor issue with the stereo. I contacted Travis and within a very short time, he had set it up with the service department to have the issue fixed. Highly recommend buying a car from Travis. More
