I was given a fair trade value for my trade. However, my purchase vehicle was not detailed for delivery. Also, the next day after purchase, I checked the oil and it was at the add level. I informed Toni Bon purchase vehicle was not detailed for delivery. Also, the next day after purchase, I checked the oil and it was at the add level. I informed Toni Bone. He had the service mgr. Travis call me and told me if the oil was in the knarled area the oil was too high, the newer models required below this area on the dip stick. According to my owners manual page 245, the oil should be between A & B. Travis intentionally lied to me a new customer. My rating is actually between 3 & 4. At this time I have reservations recommending your dealership. I am expecting a call from your dealership’s management regarding these issues. More

I was shocked when the bill was 4 times the amount I was expecting. I am in my mid seventies and have to plan expenses carefully. Travis picked up on my distress and adjusted the bill without embarrassing me and made sure I left 100% satisfied. More

Differential was out. Ben Davis rebuilt the rear end and I had to take it back for same issue. The then replaced transfer case. I bought explorer from them two months earlier.
