I am pretty sure Bel Gonzales is the smartest person at Access Ford. She will probably be the manager someday. They left my truck unlocked in the front of the parking lot, they killed the battery in my truck and left a pool of water in my passenger floorboard, they tried to over charge me and up sell me when I told lot, they killed the battery in my truck and left a pool of water in my passenger floorboard, they tried to over charge me and up sell me when I told them exactly what I wanted done and needed and lied to me about parts on what they had and didn’t have. Terrible customer service and terrible service I will never be coming back to this dealership More
