My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Service Department! My daughter just moved to Medford after graduating from PA school. the 2013 Dart that she has been driving has been in the shop in Nashvi Department! The real problem was never discovered and fixed and she was left on the road more than once in the dark far from home. When she took it into Lithia Dodge, it was different. They completed a thorough evaluation, even checking the fluid in the reservoire. That is when they discovered that the head gasket was failing! They fixed not only that, but all they other interacting parts. We are so grateful!!!! The car is running like new and we don't have to worry about when it might overheat. Thanks for a great job!
