They booked my appointment online. When I showed up, I was greeted and after some paperwork, they drove me home. The next day, the picked me up and when I arrived at BMW of Darien, m When I showed up, I was greeted and after some paperwork, they drove me home. The next day, the picked me up and when I arrived at BMW of Darien, my car was ready. My total amount of time spent was about one hour and I left completely satisfied. Worst dealership experience ever. Rude and unprofessional. Didn't fix what they were suppose to. In fact created damage and they claim no responsibility. If you have no issues and everything is picture perfect than this is an ok dealership. Have an issue or a complaint. You are better of pounding sand than seeking a fair resolution. Live and learn. So readers know I am objective. I bought a new 2023 BMW 540XI in New Jersey in 01/23. Got home, in Connecticut, and car was dead in driveway 2 days later. BMW of Darien, (Connecticut) stepped up and got me a loaner and my car back on the road very quickly. My luck of good service unfortunately did not last. Luckily for me there are several other reputable BMW dealers in this area. More

Cost was higher than any other BMW service centers in the fairfield county. But the service manager was able to match the price which means they are customer centric.
