Parks Lincoln dealer service was second to none. Starting with being greeted as I pulled up to the service lane and quickly informed of the name of my assigned service rep., which in my case, was Au Starting with being greeted as I pulled up to the service lane and quickly informed of the name of my assigned service rep., which in my case, was Austin. Austin, was immediately present for me, guiding me along with the information of the parts needed, the cost involved, as well as, the approximate repair time. I was out the door after waiting inside their beautiful lounge area, after 1.5 hours; a total surprise for me, since I had assumed a 3 to 4 hours wait. Also, their lounge was stocked with coffee, a variety of drinks, cookies and snacks, which I felt was a very nice touch. Austin was professional, well informed and was available throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership. More
