Al I bought a 2018 Certified Pre Owned Q5 from them this last weekend (5/20/2018). I first dealt with Jessica, then Tristan and then Serge in Finance. All were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No hard sell from any of them. I have not dealt with their service department yet (I live south of Annapolis so I may take it to another, closer dealer for service) but the buying experience was very good. I was pleased. If you are looking for an Audi, I would recommend you call them and at least talk to them about what they can do for you. More
