The worst part of the buying experience is the “ secondary sales pitch “ with another salesperson that attempts to to sell you , literally, thousands of dollars in additional warranties , while attempting to disguise the costs in your financing by just saying it would be a few additional dollars in you monthly payment. A $1000 ceramic coat or an $1800 wheel/ tire protection plan are a few examples. “Troy”, did give me a price breakdown when I asked…I was astounded. If a customer should need a wheel or tire for his Audi, the dealer should simply sell him a wheel or tire at a fair price….I can wax my own car. This sort of thing leaves a bad taste. Feels like you are being conned. I don’t like it

Over all, I think you have a fine dealership. What I have found unethical non the past, is including road hazard to a tire purchase without out asking if I wanted it. I asked for an “ out the door “ price on tires , I noticed a $160 addition cost, apparently $40 / tire. I reached out after I noticed, but did not hear back from your representative.., I just lived with it, but I resented it. I will think twice before buying tires there again. All anyone wants is a square deal. No surprise costs. But I usually get good service from WVA. I have had positive dealings with Brian. I have dealt with him for near 10 years.He seems to care. Joe mislead me on the tires. I have dealt with him for years as well, but I will be more cautious in the future. This is the first time I have never dealt with Troy. I suspect a portion of his compensation comes from selling additional warranties. But he seems competent. John is a nice kid and could not have been more obliging, but has much to learn.

Salesman was not familiar with car I purchased and
unfortunately did not have accessory/option that I was lead to believe was in car...in fact I would of upgraded to an S5 (bought A5 Sportback) had I

People were nice but I'm frustrated..there are medical and physical reasons I needed for this option....Finance service person seemed more interested in getting information out of me about my profession instead of getting down to business...
