BEWARE: Lies and lack of integrity— they help give used car dealerships the bad rap. Our sales person was fine and low pressure. The issue was with the GM’s poor customer service and lack of interest i More

I want to clarify that the information being said about our interactions is not accurate. Below, I have included the same details from the original email I sent in response to the customer’s complaint regarding the transmission fluid condition. Along with this, I have provided documentation from ProDemand outlining the proper procedures and manufacturer-published maintenance intervals. Since I am unable to upload documents directly here, I copied and pasted all relevant information from my original email. If another associate may have provided inaccurate information regarding the services or inspections performed prior to the customer’s purchase, I sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please know that we are always willing to provide full documentation supporting any inspections or services performed. At no point did I withhold information or act dishonestly in my communication. My intent has always been to ensure transparency and accuracy in representing the work completed. Sincere regards, Michael  J. Sapanaro Parts and Service Director Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers W: (719)-477-9009 ext. 2001 E: mike@rmabinc.com 4912 Carrera Pt Colorado Springs CO 80923 United States SEE COPY OF EMAIL SENT TO THE CUSTOMER 11/07/25 Mike Sapanaro Kallie R I have looked through your request and concern. After looking into manufacturers’ recommendations and mileage you are currently at, it was not time for a service when we had in our possession. Also, we would not check the fluid condition for it is a closed transmission unit, we would only move forward with a thorough check if we had symptoms such as drivability, leaks or indicator lights. None of these was present for we would follow the manufactures guidelines and not open or service the system unless it was required based on mileage or mechanical failure. We do take care of all major repairs and or safety items before we sell a car. Maintenance like this is left to the owner's expense. I hope that all makes sense. Please see attached documents showing proper procedure to check your transmission fluid and manufactures maintenance intervals from Honda. I hope you have a great weekend! Sincere regards, Michael J. Hello Lori, thank you for the opportunity to earn your business and for leaving a review of your perception of your experience however this information is not the full picture. They did have an open repair order to fix the problem and we were going to complete the work as we told you we would, unfortunately we could not accommodate the repair in two days as you were moving out of town which we as a dealer don't have control of. We did try to remedy the situation by giving you the money we had set aside to do the repair at our dealership so you can apply it to the repair facility or your choice, the quotes your were given from other business's were higher retail amounts than what we could pay to do the repair for internally at our dealership but you were not satisfied with our dealerships solutions to your circumstances from moving out of town. In regards to the discount that we did in fact give you, the internet price we had advertised was $14,998 and we reduced it for you down to $13,915. We advertise every vehicle showing the dealer and handling on our website and nothing was added back in. As to the title concern, it takes 6-8 weeks to get you the title depending how busy the DMV is and is out of the dealers hands. My sales manager Troy communicated to you and kept you up to date on everything, you just were not satisfied with your desired outcome. I would encourage you to please update your review to be accurate as we tried to accommodate you with your circumstances from moving. Thank you, Ricky Geise General Sales Manager

Hello, this is Ricky the General Sales Manager here at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your review and to apologize for you feeling like you received a less than perfect experience, However our dealership is full disclosure and transparent about all the figures, you as a customer have 7 signatures disclosing the price, taxes, and fee's acknowledging you understand and agree to all the figures and terms of the purchase. Our prices are aggressive to be competitive nation wide so to say you were swindled is not correct but I would love to talk further about your experience to go over the purchase with you fully again and see if there is anything we can discuss further in order to rectify the situation and update a more satisfactory review?

I gave signatures with no real transparency on the numbers. I felt it was odd to never see any real numbers out side of the figures I was given. Also when the sticker price was just below $26k and on the bill of sale stating over $27k that's pretty slimy. I had no transparency in my sale price just figures that I had no reference, just a blank paper. I was extremely confused why I paid almost 4k over the sticker price. It wasn't until I opened the sealed envelope did I find out your finance guy swindled me
