BEWARE: Lies and lack of integrity— they help give used car dealerships the bad rap. Our sales person was fine and low pressure. The issue was with the GM’s poor customer service and lack of interest i car dealerships the bad rap. Our sales person was fine and low pressure. The issue was with the GM’s poor customer service and lack of interest in doing what’s right as well as the head of the sales manager and service directors lack of integrity and terrible communication. One of our car windows did not work but we didn’t realize it until after we left— we assumed we’d have four working windows when we spent almost $30k on a car. We were told to bring it to the service center. When we got there, the GM said he’d cover the diagnostic IF we committed to paying for the fix. They said they weren’t responsible for a working window. We pushed back because it is assumed basic things like windows would be working from a dealership like this. We ended up talking with a different manager and did not have to eat the cost. Additionally, the model and year of our car is more likely to have transmission concerns if the transmission flushes are not done regularly. I asked if a flush had been completed and they said they had looked and the fluid looked clean. I asked several times about this before purchasing the car because I had someone hesitation knowing that the transmission of this model and year had issues. When I went to the Honda dealership to get recalls fixed, I asked them to check that the transmission fluid was new. They said it is impossible to check the transmission fluid in the way Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers described doing so. I talked with five Honda dealerships to confirm their description was not possible. Rocky Mountain refused to do anything to fix this concern. I asked for them to do a transmission flush due to the consistent answer from dealerships that their method wasn’t valid, that a flush was due by 50,000 miles (I purchased the car at over 51k) or every 5 years (the car was 7 years old), and there was no record on the Carfax that the transmission has ever been serviced. They refused and said Honda was incorrect (even though I talked to five Hondas without telling them the circumstances and letting them know I was not going to have Honda complete the service). They used a Google search as their reference. I decided it was worth spending the money to get a transmission flush to ensure the maintenance was complete. I went to an independent mechanic and asked him to tell me the condition of the fluid when he did the flush. He said it was not changed and that Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers lied to me about the condition of the fluid. I returned to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to request a reimbursement of the transmission flush since they had blatantly lied to me multiple times. I talked to Troy on the phone before emailing him the paperwork from the independent mechanic. The email was sent on September 6. After not hearing back from him, I called and he said it went to junk mail. He said he would check into it and get back to me. After I hadn’t heard back from him in a week, I proceeded to leave 5 voicemails over 4 weeks asking him to call, email, or text me. He finally emailed me one month after the initial email saying the transmission is not part of their inspection so they would not reimburse me. So, either they lied to me multiple times about checking the transmission fluid before I purchased it or they are now lying that they don’t check the transmission. I was then transferred to Mike, the service director who has not responded to my email in almost two weeks. In his last communication, he said they don’t take responsibility for it because they don’t check it. I need to emphasize that I was LIED to and told the transmission fluid was clean and was checked by their service team— later, the service director admitted they don’t even check it!! He admitted they lied without acknowledging it. Rocky Mountain has consistently proven themselves to be dishonest and untrustworthy. More

They don’t deliver on their promises! There was a work order to fix some thing on my vehicle, but they couldn’t get it done in the two days they had it before we were heading out of town. There was a work order to fix some thing on my vehicle, but they couldn’t get it done in the two days they had it before we were heading out of town. They said they would reimburse for me to have it done where I moved, but then they only offered to pay half of what it cost to actually get it fixed even though the work order did not specify an amount. They won’t share the actual quote they got to fix it or where they were going to have it done, so that I could use the quote to compare. They also claimed to have given me a “discount” but actually just added it back in as dealer fee fees. I paid cash, but three weeks later I still don’t have the title from them. Communication by all parties is significantly lacking.! Lesson learned, if you’re gonna buy a vehicle remotely! It has been one big headache, and I will not deal with them ! More

Did not appreciate the lack of transparency of the numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. Sealed my receipt in an envelope so I couldn't numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. Sealed my receipt in an envelope so I couldn't see the real numbers until registration. It's extremely dishonest and I feel slighted. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they like to to swindled. Disappointing to take advantage of girls to top it all off More
