Purchasing a new or pre-owned car is a challenge, to say the least! I saw their ad on CarGurus.com and was very intrigued by their ad. I spoke to Tuan Pham on the phone for about 15 minutes and he was ve the least! I saw their ad on CarGurus.com and was very intrigued by their ad. I spoke to Tuan Pham on the phone for about 15 minutes and he was very extremely customer service oriented and offered to send me a snapcell video of the car. I told Tuan that I had a friend that lives in the area and would come out to see him and the car. Tuan greeted me with a cold bottled water, asked how my drive was, and gave me time to settle in before discussing the auto. We exchanged pleasantries and talked about our families and hobbies before we moved on to the business of discussing the car. He printed out a CarFax for me and provided me some information about Certified Benz & Beemer and went over the checklist of what they cover for their "Certified vehicles". This was a very comprehensive list that he allowed me to review before we moved on. Tuan spent a considerable amount of time and effort in ensuring that my questions and concerns were either answered or addressed. All in all, I spent from 1230 until past 7 pm with Tuan working on details of the car and ensuring that I felt comfortable with my purchase! In addition, Sara in financing was very professional, helpful, patient and provided a clear and concise explanation of the entire financing process! She was every bit as customer-oriented as Tuan and made the financing aspect of the purchase relatively painless. Overall, the experience of purchasing my auto from Certified Benz & Beemer was the most pleasant and relaxed auto purchase I have ever experienced! Tuan and Sara made the purchasing experience much easier and were always professional and customer-oriented in every aspect during the entire process. I would gladly drive out from San Diego to Certified Benz & Beemer for my next auto purchase. Kudos and a Bravo Zulu to the management team for hiring Tuan and Sara for their team. You are truly the "Rock Stars" of the automotive "Certified or pre-owned" dealerships. More

CBB had the exact car I wanted and they gave me a fair deal for my trade in. Tuan, my salesman, was such a cool dude and he didn’t pressure me one bit or waste my time at looking at other vehicles. He got me exactly what I wanted, and made the entire process so easy. Rocio, the finance manager, got me through all the paperwork painlessly, and she didn’t try to upsell me any unnecessary plans or packages. I also would like to thank Dennis, the sales manager, for getting me approved and getting me a much better interest rate than I expected! I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at CBB! More

A little back story, we were driving to the airport to catch a flight to India when a deer struck our car. Though the car was totaled, my entire family was safe and unharmed. We needed a car when we returned so we narrowed down our car searches, and Tuan stood out to us the most. He wasn’t pushy and genuinely wanted to help. We coordinated the entire purchase while overseas and he had the car delivered to our home (in WA State) as soon as we returned! The entire experience as fantastic and smooth, I recommend doing business with them and look forward to our next car purchase. More
