I made an appointment for an oil/change tire rotation for 10:00 am on 9 Feb. The service took over 2 hours to complete, and the car was not washed (as was promised in a service special flyer that was mailed to me). When I asked why the service took so long, I was politely told that service was backed up to service drop ins that arrived before me. I was told that I had a better chance to have an oil change appointment honored if I made it for a Wednesday or Thursday. I was not told that the car was not washed. The only way to resolve the service delay issue in the future is to prioritize customers who make reservations over walk-ins. Also, if you do not intend to wash the car as part of the Schedule A service don't send out an advertisement saying that it will be done.
